Canine Valley Fever Project Official Veterinary Sites
Pet Owners Please read this section below!
If you are using an Official Study Site for the first time please register, purchase the entry labs and call and schedule with the Clinic. Make sure you tell them your pet is part of Canine Valley Fever Project. There will be a charge for the exam and depending on the clinic, a blood draw fee as well. For follow-up exams please check when scheduling on what tests you will need as we now offer Vet Tech appointments for certain testing phases. For each visit you will need to purchase the applicable tests.
If you would like to use your own Vet then please see instructions below at the Virtual Study Site. Here you schedule first with your clinic and mention the CVFP then register and purchase the labs. We will need the date of the visit to complete the paperwork we send you.
After your vet visit, please go the Owner Questionnaire form that is under Pet Owner Info at this website. Complete this form in detail for the first time. For follow-up visits only indicate changes. Make sure your pet's name, your email and the visit date are completed on every form.
