Pet Owners Please read this section below!

If you are using an Official Study Site for the first time please register, purchase the entry labs and call and schedule with the Clinic. Make sure you tell them your pet is part of Canine Valley Fever Project. There will be a charge for the exam and depending on the clinic, a blood draw fee as well. For follow-up exams please check when scheduling on what tests you will need as we now offer Vet Tech appointments for certain testing phases. For each visit you will need to purchase the applicable tests.

If you would like to use your own Vet then please see instructions below at the Virtual Study Site. Here you schedule first with your clinic and mention the CVFP then register and purchase the labs. We will need the date of the visit to complete the paperwork we send you.

Once your pet is examined, you will receive your log-in credentials for the Owner Questionnaire from the Study Software Host: Prelude Dynamics. Please log-in and complete the OQ. For follow-up visits you do not get a reminder email. Just simply log-in and complete the OQ. Thank you!
